Today I ran 3+ miles at about 6:45 pace. Quite off my pace two months ago but i've obviously been slacking. There are a few things to notice. First off, it's cold. I don't like running when it's cold because my right, frostbitten foot goes numb. Anytime i'm in the cold to I get mr. deeds foot.
So once it gets too cold I have to go to the gym but that's annoying because I have to use the treadmill. Since I'm obviously a beast, I destroy treadmills. Which means that I have to find an exact one that isn't busted up so I don't break the treadmill and in the process doesn't break me. Plus when I go to the gym I sweat alot. I've come up with 2 reasons for this. I drink alot of beer which must be sweat out, and I work out hard. Anyone who does physical activity that doesn't sweat most likely isn't trying their hardest. I saw a Barack video of him running ball and the guy was completely loafing up and down the court. Is this the type of guy we want running the country? A loafer.
On another tangent we'll have two bball teams, the oreland type winter league and the ambler y league where we have to defend the championship. This will help me keep motivated to not get too far out of shape. Today I did 50 sit ups and 25 push ups. This is hopefully just a start and I can get back into the shape of 2 months ago. I must have put on 10 pounds in 2 months just doing nada.
I took 6th in a 1100 person 50 dollar buy in for 2300 /brag. My poker ego is high and that's not usually a good thing but I'm not going to get too excited considering how much money i've lost in other "investments." Meaning sports betting, AC, and the market. Everything has it's ups and downs and this is just part of the cycle. It will get better because it's hard to believe it can get considerably worse, although nothing would surprise me with the thieves and liers in the big corporations and the gov't.
That's all I got for today. Song of the day "Drink to moving on" by the grand nationals.

Today
People have told me that I'm shamelessly plugging Siri in my blog because I own shares of it. Considering it's trading at .29 cents a share I feel that I can exclaim how good it is whenever I wish. I also own yahoo so make sure you set it to your home page.
Just a few random things.
If you don't use ctrl + enter when typing in a url you are an internet noob.
The last high by dandy warhols and fortress by pinback are really good songs, youtube them now.
And a general life thought - which I think is what blogs are for. They are also for bored people who have nothing better to do and living vicariously through someone else's thoughts is entertaining.
The market is down, the economy is slumping, our new president is going to take more of your money and let the gov't spend/waste it. I totally understand that people have had enough of the Republican regime running the show but I just hope that Democrats don't exacerbate the already screwed up world.
I also have exercised sparringly since I finished the half marathon. After accomplishing that goal I have pretty much said fuck it. Beer and not exercising are a wonderful combination for feeling like a complete waste of life.
And stars stopped letting people use sharkscope so obviously WTF?

Code of Conduct
Let's go over some rules that should never be broken.
First off, to the prick who pilfered my journal this morning, It's MY journal, not yours. Quit being a mooch and spring for the 100 dollars and you can get it everyday for a year too. If you take it again I'll wish a kidney stone upon you that I hope will not be able to pass and they will have to laser it out of your dick.
At 4 way intersections, it is the person who arrives first that get's to go. Under no circumstance can this rule be broken. If so, chaos is created and everyone loses. I absolutely hate traffic jams because there is not a worse feeling than knowing that you aren't going to move anywhere and there is basically no good course of action.
Summing up my weekend is challenging because remembering the details on Fri and Sat usually isn't so clear. Saturday was a swing day to say the least. Sunday I watched football, then entourage, then true blood, and now today I have to watch Californication to cover my tv watching. No interest in MNF tonight because my fantasy team got worked.
I really hate monday's, easily the worst day of the week.

Life Rant
First and last post.
Let's starts with the small stuff that bothers me the most.
The songs on the radio give me a migraine. Currently I had "So What", "Paper Planes", "One step at a time", and anything else that gets played hundreds of times a day. The only good stations are lucy and ethel with a mix of deep tracks. If you don't know what I'm talking about then get out of the stone age and buy Sirius/Xm. You are doing a disservice to your life by letting the radio brainwash you with their ads.
I find it funny people compare Pandora as a substitue to Satelite radio. After 2 hours of listening to a particular artists, you've exhausted 75% of the songs. I pick Paul Simon and I get Carly Simon. Plus it only gives you a certain amount of skips which only pisses off the listener.
So the radio bothers me in my car but of course driving is a whole other issue. Whenever I drive down manayunk ave I get stuck behind a septa bus. They are so wide and make driving hazardous plus they stop every block. And when I get on ridge I find the one trash truck that also has to stop every few seconds. Traffic is always backed up in the morning where ridge moves onto kelly. Then there are two protruding manholes which blow up tires and are impossible to avoid.
Once I get over the driving crisis each morning I like to engage in the financial crisis. It used to be that if the DOW moved 200 points people would be wondering what the hell is happening. Now a 200 point swing is tranquilty. People are so frightened with the money that is disappearing out of their 401k's and their mutual funds that Chaos has ensued. I have gotten numb to the point that I just figure i'm somewhat young and hopefully this will pass. Although I certainly don't expect it to fly by.
My computer has gone hay-wire. My pokeroffice has stopped responding due to a javalanchermachineerror and my outlook one day decided to stop sending emails. I think it's time that I uninstall aim due to the fact if I deleted everyone I still talk to I'd be talking to myself (hence the blog).
And when all this gets mushed into a 5 day workweek, it makes me want to get smashed to the point of oblivion. Which obviously just exacerbates the situation. People held accountable for things you can't remember doesn't seem fair, however let me tell you certainly is true. Being drunk has lost me so many dollars that I probably wouldn't have to save for retirement anymore. So pretty much every Monday morning I wake up feeling awful, extremely dehydrated from Sunday drinking (obviously) and thinking that I can't believe I have to do it all over again.
